We offer free returns for a full refund within 14 days after the delivery date and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of delivery date.

Hunter's Cross stands behind our product, but more importantly we stand behind our customer. If your item becomes damaged within 60 days of delivery, you can send it back and we will have it repaired, on us!
